Most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours of ordering. Shipping methods choosen at checkout indicate time in transit to you and not the shipping method. As our items ship directly from the manufacturers or stocking warehouses, we only can specify transit  and handling time and not method or service of shipping.  For example if you choose 3 day shipping, and it takes the vendor 2 days to process, they will ship to you overnight. Conversely if you order next day and they have a warehouse nearby, the vendor may choose to ship to you ground. If  items do not reach you in the choosen delvery dates then you can request a refund off the shipping costs. 
 
 Special order items may require additional lead time. Pro Telecom Supply ships products wholesale direct and many of our products ship directly from the manufacturer or a manufacturer's  logistics service.   While we do our best to ensure accurate inventory levels and current available products, there may be instances where a product has become discontinued and is no longer available to order.  In these rare instances you will be notified as soon as possible with no charge to you.
 
Order cutoff is 3pm eastern for same day shipment. Please call to confirm if your order is eligible for same day processing.
 
 
 
 

SHIPPING LOCATIONS

ProTelecomSupply.com ships to all locations in the Lower 48 states. Shipping to APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and the US Virgin Islands is an additional charge.

Please note that there is an additional charge for expedited shipping methods.

There is a 70lb weight restriction per package on APO/FPO, Guam, and US Virgin Island orders.



International Shipping
We ship worldwide via UPS World Wide Express.   Purchasers are responsible for any applicable duties, tariffs and or taxes in the destination country.   Please Note:  We can not ship to any Freight Forwarder Service
 
RMA's
Products that are defective within 15 days of purchase may have a request submitted to [email protected] for replacement. After 15 days defective merchandise requests should be submitted to the applicable manufacturer. Staff at Pro Telecom Supply may be able to assist you in your repair/replacement request. Please contact [email protected] if you would like assistance in obtaining replacement assistance.
 
• Products are to be returned in original box.
• All cords, power supplies, CD’s books, etc. must be included.
• Associated Penalty Charges will apply for missing parts.
• RMA number must appear on outside of shipping box.
• Product must be packed properly in shipping box.
 
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
ProTelecomSupply is not responsible for pricing errors and typographical errors that may appear on the site. In the event that a purchased item is unavailable, ProTelecomSupply will contact the customer about item substitution, backorder, or refund. Items that are refunded do to product unavailability are not subject to the 20% restocking fee.
